Muse and PIC repurposed a constricted location into a new community. The homes come with an abundance of amenities including co-working space, a gym, cinema room and a shared dining area.

520 new build to rent homes

520 new homes were delivered over two 20 and 25-storey buildings, alongside ground floor shops and workspaces, extensive public spaces and landscaping.

An award-winning partnership

The new homes were delivered by Muse and forward funded by PIC. Our transformation was supported by Network Rail, Manchester City Council and Homes England.

Working with our partners, the Canal and River Trust and the London Borough of Hounslow, we repurposed an under-utilised brownfield site into a thriving community.

Community and connection to nature have been front and centre of its design, which includes communal courtyards, roof terraces, gardens and balconies with views of the water.
